Employees were really helpful and amazingly attentive!

the room was new-fashioned and spotless with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. there was plenty of amazing meals.

Our stay featured a big room in a charming nineteenth-century residence with lovely views. The location allowed easy exploration of local attractions, and breakfast at a nearby café was enjoyable. The noise from nearby bars made it difficult to rest at times, and the initial check-in process was somewhat unclear, causing confusion. Great for couples or small groups seeking a unique accommodation experience.

The stunning blend of historical architecture and modern decor was captivating. Breakfast was really good, with a vast selection that included local specialties, making our mornings good.

The apartment we finally settled into was spacious and lovely, giving us perfect access to local treats and sights, including the nearby Janus River's fine landscapes.

We stayed in a Superior Apartment, and it was really spacious and bright. Loved the clean vibe and the balcony was a nice touch for morning coffee! The location was super chill, just a short walk to the Grotto restaurant. Although it had a quiet atmosphere, the apartments are scattered, so you might miss out on having a centralized experience.

Stayed 1 night in a Standard Double Room. The room was super clean with a nice balcony. They have cable channels and air conditioning. Super quiet area, loved the vibe. Staff were so helpful with directions and recommendations! Nearby free parking was a bonus. Scicli is just lovely, great food all around!

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a shared kitchen. The staff even helped me with SIM cards on my first visit, lovely. I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a business trip.

Parking is a bit of a gamble too, as options are limited, and if you're not lucky, you might end up trudging a bit to find a space. Plus, keep an eye on breakfast availability. It's not guaranteed year-round and that can lead to disappointment if you're expecting a hearty meal to kick off your day. Wi-Fi connectivity was also an issue, with slow speeds making online tasks a test of patience. Lastly, the variation in room quality means you might not always get what you book, which can leave you feeling a little cheated.

Stylish apartment in the heart of town. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a fantastic room. Staff, especially Helena and Ignazio, were wonderfully helpful and informative. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

Charming room, excellent breakfast, with a spacious terrace offering panoramic views, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi , made it easy to plan our daily excursions.

our stay in scicli was amazing, but this time at albergo diffuso it was even better. the renovated 19th century palazzo we stayed in was absolutely stunning, the most impressive place i've ever stayed. the rooms were beautiful, the facilities top-notch, and the customer service was excellent. highly recommend!
